LOS ANGELES – Bellator on Saturday announced the date and location for its light heavyweight grand prix semifinals, with Oct. 16 at Footprint Center in Phoenix being the destination for two of the promotion’s biggest fights of the year.
One of those semifinals features Ryan Bader and Corey Anderson squaring off for the right to fight for the title in the final against the winner of champion Vadim Nemkov vs. Anthony Johnson.
On Saturday, Bader, Anderson and Johnson spoke to the media. And afterward, Bader and Anderson got their first up-close look at each other with a faceoff.
