Bellator 205, which took place Sept. 21, 2018 at CenturyLink Arena in Boise, Idaho, featured A.J. McKee continuing his undefeated run to kick off his career.

In the featherweight main event, McKee knocked out John Macapa in the first round to push his record to 12-0. In the co-headliner, Rafael Lovato Jr. submitted John Salter by third-round submission, which propelled him to a middleweight title shot (which he won).
