A man has captured a video that perfectly sums up the classic British summer - with glorious sunshine out one window and dull, rainy conditions out another.
Chris Lee was baffled when he saw pouring rain in his garden as he sweltered in his front room as the baking sun beat against his front door.
He filmed the bizarre footage in Bodmin, Cornwall, on Wednesday, July 28, and shared it on Twitter - and soon it was being liked by people from around the world.
Sky News weather reporter Steff Gaulter commented on the clip, saying: "How localised are your showers? Is it only raining on one side of your house?!"

Chris' initial tweet said: "Only in Cornwall! Raining in the back garden but dry in the front garden! The mind boggles!
“We don’t have a weather front, we have a weather back!”
Meanwhile, weather across the UK is putting a dampener on holiday plans as Brits are facing a washout for the first half of August.
It has been an unsettled summer so far for much of the country with some sunny spells few and far between showers and flooding - and it looks likely to carry on into August.

Holidaymakers planning a staycation rather than risking Covid restrictions by going abroad will have to work hard to dodge the showers over the next week.
The Met Office said: “The unsettled, changeable conditions continue to dominate the picture for the first half of August.
“A mixture of sunny spells and showers, with some drier interludes, is the general pattern expected at the start of August for all. Some of these showery spells may merge to give slightly longer spells of rain.
