Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh fans were in for a treat last night when the couple stepped out for a sports award function. Twinning and winning in all-black attire, the star couple was a picture of grace on the red carpet.
However, it is a video of the couple from before their red carpet-appearance that is making fans wish they could unsee it.
A clip going viral this morning among concerned DeepVeer fans, sees Deepika turning down Ranveer's hand while holding on to her saree pleats and pallu. The actor, who was playing the dutiful hubby, offered his hand, only to walk on when DP kept clutching her saree.
"I hope everything is fine between Ranveer & Deepika! Ek aur divorce ki news nahi sunn na chahta," a Twitter user commented.
Another said with a couple of crying emoticons, "Poor Ranveer the way she ignores him."
Videos and photos from the event saw DP holding her saree throughout her walk down the red carpet. Ranveer, on the other hand, was seen leading his wife by holding her waist. The couple also stopped to pose with Prakash Padukone, who also marked his presence at the event.
The former badminton champ was also seen seated in between the couple as they took their place on a front-row table.
Also spotted at the same event, were Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli. Abhishek Bachchan and Ajay Devgn were also among the many celebrity guests at the do.
