Video: Ode Osbourne picks up 26-second KO to kick off UFC Fight Night 184

Ode Osbourne made sure to get UFC Fight Night 184 started on a high note.

On the first fight of the card, “The Jamaican Sensation” knocked out Jerome Rivera in just 26 seconds into their featherweight contest at Saturday’s UFC event in Las Vegas.

Osbourne (9-3 MMA, 1-1 UFC) blocked and caught a kick from Rivera in the fight’s first exchange, then landed a straight left that knocked down Rivera to the canvas. Osbourne followed up with ground-and-pound and the fight was shortly thereafter stopped.

Osbourne picked up his first UFC win, having lost in his UFC debut against Brian Kelleher at UFC 246 back in January 2020. The 29-year-old competed at 145 pounds, but said he’s normally a flyweight and hopes to drop back to 125 pounds for his next bout.
