VIDEO: Logan Paul looks like he actually held his own wrestling Paulo Costa

Brace yourself: Logan Paul was on the mats at the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas.

Paul, a YouTube star with more than 20 million subscribers, has entered the world of combat sports before, boxing fellow famed YouTuber KSI twice, battling to a draw the first time, then losing by majority decision in the rematch.

In his latest foray into the world of martial arts, Paul decided to try his hand at sparring undefeated UFC middleweight powerhouse Paulo Costa.

“I don’t think he liked the way I looked at him at dinner or something, but it’s a good thing I’m a professional boxer now who’s 0-1,” Paul said.

Paul laced up in some boxing gloves and head gear but was met with a big overhand right from Costa, face-planting him to the canvas (allegedly).

Perhaps a 180-day suspension from YouTube?

Paul did more than hold his own in the grappling though, so perhaps a future MMA fight lies on the horizon? Costa, who also praised Paul this past Saturday during a media scrum at UFC 248, thinks he should.

“Ninety percent of guys who go to train MMA have good technique, but not hard spirit, not big heart, you know?” Costa asked Paul. “You have both.”
