While LFA is set for an upcoming brief hiatus, the promotion’s schedule continues on Friday night with “LFA 77: James vs. Martin” from Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minn.

In the night’s main event, Daniel James (9-3-1) takes on Brett Martin (8-1) in the finals of LFA’s four-man heavyweight tournament. The promotion’s vacant heavyweight title is on the line.
As MMA Junkie previously reported, AXS TV Fights, LFA’s longtime broadcast partner, recently terminated their agreement with the promotion. On Wednesday, LFA officials revealed previously announced cards of LFA 78 and LFA 79 have been postponed until a new broadcast partner can be secured. However, the promotion decided to carry on with LFA 77, and the action will be taped for airing at a later time.
The LFA 77 main card includes:
- Daniel James vs. Brett Martin – for vacant heavyweight title
- Calyn Hull vs. Chad Johnson
- Jonas Flok vs. Bryce Logan
- Matt Jones vs. Nate Richardson
- Mike Breeden vs. Brandon Jenkins
- J.P. Saint Louis vs. Scott Writz
