This is the moment a man was captured snowboarding in Tyldesley – while being pulled along by a car.
The video was taken after snow fell across Greater Manchester last night in what some described as ‘bonkers weather’.
The rain transformed into snow coating all 10 boroughs in a thick flurry.
Gritters were also deployed as ice warnings were rolled out.
The footage, captured by Sarah Brokenshire, has since racked up almost 400 likes on Facebook.
In the post, she said: “Meanwhile outside my window...
“Someone in Shack is enjoying the snow. Howling.”
The Met Office issued a yellow warning for ice last night following the clearance of rain and snow, leading to difficult travel conditions.
People in Greater Manchester were left more than a little confused by the bizarre weather.
One Twitter user commented: "Well 2021, hats off to you. You had no plans of being overshadowed by 2020 did you!
"Torrential rain, red warning for flooding, now this...... all happened today!!!"
