The No.8 bus service operator sent a representative to explain the incident to the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA), which supervises bus services in Bangkok. Its driver, identified only as Prathan, went through a rail barrier at Saowanee intersection off Si Ayutthaya Road on the night of Oct 7.
