Here is the shocking footage which shows Dublin children "as young as seven" allegedly trying to attack petrified locals with wooden weapons and pallets.
The youngsters have been targeting city centre residents on an ongoing basis "like clockwork" each night in a succession of serious threats.
It is understood that the kids steal the pallets from a local industrial estate with the anti-social behaviour becoming more prominent in the run up to Halloween.
In footage obtained by Dublin Live, the youths can be seen throwing the pallets at one local hurling abuse at the individual.
And what's more worrying, one of the kids can even be seen wielding a piece of wood from the pallet that looks similar to a baseball bat.
Residents along the street are being subject to the alleged attack attempts with one regular viewer of the incidents telling Dublin Live that it's only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured.
He said: "I have a good view from my balcony, we ring the Gardai and they come and move them but nothing more can be done because they are so young.
"They steal wooden pallets from the Industrial Estate and even break pieces of the wood off the pallets and wield them like weapons."
The resident said that although there is some older ringleaders in the group, most of the terrorisers are in their pre-teens.
He added: "It's like clockwork, around 7:30-8pm every night.
"It's pretty much the same people, they are all kids and there is always some older ringleaders but most are between, I'd say, seven to maybe 12-years-old, if even."
Garda have issued warnings about the stockpiling of potentially dangerous materials ahead of Halloween.
