A video has surfaced appearing to show Israel U21 manager Guy Luzon slapping one of his own players during his side's European Championship play-off with the Republic of Ireland.
The incident is understood to have happened prior to extra-time in the second leg of the play-off clash.
Joanne Cantwell highlighted the incident at half-time during Ireland's senior team's Nations League clash with Armenia on RTE Two.
Ireland travelled to Israel with the sides level at 1-1 following last week's first leg at Tallaght Stadium.
But neither side could find the back of the net during 120 minutes of football as the game went to penalties, with Israel emerging victorious 3-1 on penalties.
