A homeware retailer is opening an office in Birmingham city centre.
Victorian Plumbing, which sells bathroom products online, has agreed a deal on 20,000 sq ft in the five-storey, newly refurbished Bennetts Hill House.
It will join other tenants such as Utrack Software Solutions and DB Engineering & Consulting.
Property investment and development company Dunmoore acquired the building in Bennetts Hill in 2018 since when it has carried out a renovation.
Dunmoore owner Jeff Hobby said: "We are delighted to welcome Victorian Plumbing which will make a great addition to the building.
"To secure a covenant of this strength at this time is a testament to the standout quality of these offices.
"The new space on the lower floors will provide a greater range of floor sizes in the building, reflecting our ability to reposition properties to meet occupier demand."
