Victoria goes to the polls this weekend to decide who will lead the state for the next four years. It’s been a troubled time, marked by slow growth, high unemployment, but the Coalition, Labor and the Greens are each promising to turn that around. There’s consensus that Victoria is a state in transition – the question is, in transition to what?
