A 24-hour gym in Shepparton has been added to Victoria's list of COVID-19 exposure sites after the city recorded 17 new cases of the virus yesterday.
The Derrimut 24:7 gym at 4/290 Benalla Road is listed as a tier 1 exposure site on August 13 between 8:30pm and 10:30pm and on August 14 between 8:30pm and 10:30pm.
Anyone who has visited a tier 1 site during the exposure period must get tested and isolate for 14 days.
The Coles Click ad Collect at the corner of Vaughan and Maude Streets in Shepparton has been listed as a tier 2 exposure site on August 16 between 4:00pm and 4:40pm.
There are now just over 500 exposure sites listed on the health department website.
MyCentre Child Care in Broadmeadows is listed as a tier 1 exposure site on August 9, 10, 11, 16, and 18.
Last night, two more apartment complexes were listed as tier 2 exposure sites.
The apartment complex at 100-102 Eglington Street, Moonee Ponds is listed between August 15 and 20.
The residential tower at 139 Highett Street, Richmond was listed as a tier 2 exposure site between August 14 and August 20.
Atlantis Hotel at 300 Spencer Street in Melbourne's CBD is listed as a tier 2 exposure site for several periods between August 14 and August 18.
The emergency department at the Werribee Mercy Hospital has been listed as a tier 3 exposure site, but the health department said some individuals would be classed tier 1 contacts and will be contacted directly.
