New exposure sites were being added in Victoria for the first time in more than a week, after a man tested positive upon returning from Sydney.
He flew to Melbourne on Sunday on Jetstar flight JQ523, which departed Sydney at 5:30pm and landed at Melbourne Airport's Terminal 4 at 7:05pm.
His co-worker at Sandringham Dry Cleaners in Melbourne's south-east has also tested positive.
The flight and the business have been listed as Tier 1 exposure sites.
