Victoria Beckham has once again demonstrated just how flexible she is in a new Instagram post.
She shared the snap with her 26.6 million followers, where she can be seen in a red Lycra sports bra and leggings set with white trainers and a black cap.
Contorting her leg into an uncomfortable looking pose, VB captioned the pic: "Who said I can’t do yoga."
In the picture, Vicks explains that she is wearing a set from her collection with Reebok.
She reminded fans of her funny side, finishing the post with #BendItLikeBeckham .
In fact, no one could accuse the former Spice Girl of not being able to do yoga.
She has posted several photos in the past of her now-famed leg pose, where she lounges somewhere casually with one of her extended in the air.
This has become somewhat of an internet craze, with other celebs posting their own attempts at the pose.
Stars including Rylan, Amanda Holden and Phillip Schofield have also attempted the pose, with varying degrees of success.
Victoria's return to the gym may not have been an easy one given that she has spent the last days partying on a yacht with her family along with Elton John and David Furnish.
The designer was spotted singing karaoke and dancing on the enormous boat in the sun-soaked South of France.
Letting her hair down, the 45-year-old - who was always famed for her serious persona - filmed herself singing along to Barbara Streisand with David Furnish.
The Beckham brood swam in the sea and hung out on the deck of the boat, and David hilariously dressed up as the Rocketman himself.
Victoria's gym photo comes as she's been accused once again of promoting a negative body image by using models who are too thin.
In her latest fashion campaign, horrified fans responded with shock to the photographs of the models.
They branded the model "scarily thin" and added that she looked close to death.
One wrote " #feedthemodel she's gonna die if she skips another meal."
Another commenter said: "Pictures like this are what contribute to eating disorders, totally irresponsible and another example of profit over conscience."
A third added: "Scary to look at. Even more scary to think how ill she must be."
Posh Spice's eyewear collection also came under fire last year, with the model, Gledre Dukauskaite accused of being "sickly skinny".
