Victoria Beckham gave a shoutout to her son Brooklyn Beckham at the starry premiere of her new Netflix doco, despite Brooklyn being a no-show amid ongoing rumours of a feud.
Victoria was the woman of the hour at the launch of her tell-all project, aptly titled Victoria Beckham, in London, and she used the moment to thank her family — including her eldest, supposedly estranged son — while giving a speech at the Curzon Mayfair cinema.
“My children: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, Harper — and David — oh my God, he’s not a child!” Victoria said of her husband (not child), before adding, “I was doing so well without [the prompt] cards as well!”
“It’s taken this process to really be proud of what I’ve achieved and to realise finally that I am enough,” Victoria added, per Page Six.

She went on to say that making the doco felt like undergoing “a year [of] intense therapy”, which makes sense given that the three-part flick traces the star’s time in the Spice Girls, her fashion and beauty business, her battle with an eating disorder, and her meet-cute with David, among other intimate details.
Victoria’s seeming olive branch to Brooklyn came despite his absence at the premiere, with both him and his wife, Nicola Peltz, notably skipping the event and doing little to quell speculation of a feud.
Every other member of the Beckham brood was there, and so too was Cruz’s girlfriend Jackie Apostel. For those wondering, every member of the Spice Girls also attended the premiere, except Miss Scary (Mel B) herself.
Brooklyn does appear fleetingly in the documentary, but his absence at the premiere adds to a rift that at this point feels more like a canyon.

The longstanding feud apparently dates back to 2022, when Nicola and Peltz were said to have quarrelled over the wedding planning process for Nicola’s marriage to Brooklyn.
In the years since, there’s been rumours that Brooklyn has grown closer to his in-laws, as well as speculation about covered-up family tattoos and input from youngest son Cruz.
Oh, and along the way, we’ve also gotten wind of no-shows at David’s 50th birthday, last-minute withdrawals from the Met Gala, social media shade sessions, and the rumoured recruitment of a lawyer to settle all the rabid rumours.
It’s messy enough to warrant its own three-part Netflix doco, which I would 100 per cent tune in for, but maybe Victoria’s recent shoutout to Brooklyn will be enough to spur a reunion?
Somehow, the reunion seems more likely than a Spice Girls one.
