The former Spice Girl was handing out sun cream to her friends and family on the boat.
David looked cool and casual in a dark grey t-shirt along with shorts and white socks.
Romeo's girlfriend Mia Regan was one of the guests onboard along with family friends Jovana Rajacic and Bobby Rich.
The teenagers seemed occupied by their phones as they enjoyed the sunshine and blue skies.
The yacht is named Seven after the iconic shirt number he wore for six years while playing for Manchester United.
But Seven also has another meaning behind it - as it's their daughter's middle name.
It was first reported that David treated himself to a yacht in December last year.
Dave was said to have been inspired by the yachts that Sir Elton John and his husband David Furnish have enjoyed over the years.
A source told The Sun: “David had a look around some yachts in the summer, and decided to treat himself.
“He helped design the boat himself and has been incredibly hands-on with everything.
“It’s not an oligarch-style super-yacht, but it’s still pretty plush by anyone’s standards.”

David and his family have been busy in the US due to Brooklyn's wedding with Nicola Peltz.
Earlier this month, the 23-year-old tied the knot with the 27-year-old at the Peltz's £76 million family home in Florida.
The ceremony was watched by a star-studded guest list, including Gordon Ramsay and his family, actress Eva Longoria, and tennis star Serena Williams.
The event was dubbed the "wedding of the decade" and saw the celeb couple say "I do" at 6pm sharp in front of 300 guests at Nicola’s palatial family home near the beach in Miami.
Brooklyn chose his brothers to be his best men, while little sis Harper, 10, was one of Nicola's bridesmaids.
Since then, the newlyweds have been enjoying their time together and hanging out with close friends.
