Victoria Beckham has ditched legendary Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller - and replaced him with the agency that helped make Adele a global superstar.
Posh has been working with music mogul Simon for more than 25 years as he pushed her to become one of the most recognised women in the world.
But the pair will go their separate ways after she decided a change was needed.
Victoria will instead work with one of the industry's biggest talent producers, William Morris Endeavour .
The agency, which also represents Calvin Harris and the Foo Fighters, powered Brit Adele's transformation into one of the biggest stars on the planet.

“Simon Fuller has been instrumental in Victoria’s career since the day he formed the Spice Girls , but more recently their relationship has not been as strong," a source told The Sun .
"She and David bought back his stake in their biggest business and they have become increasingly hands on with their own business affairs, which has frozen Simon out.
"David initiated the split between them and Simon, but it’s clear from Victoria’s latest move that she doesn’t feel she needs him to push her career forward.
"And now she’s taken on the biggest agency in the world to find new opportunities.”

Victoria is all set to launch her beauty line and the new deal will see the 44-year-old's products pushed around the world.
