Victoria Beckham calls herself a 'desperate housewife' on night out with Eva Longoria

Victoria Beckham has called herself a 'desperate housewife' as she headed on a night out with Eva Longoria.

The mum-of-four took to her Instagram page to post photos with her best friend.

The pair were enjoying a girls night together as they got ready in the kitchen and sipped on some drinks.

Alongside the snaps, Victoria wrote: "Yet again two desperate housewives,(and a baby) getting ready for girls night out! Love u @evalongoria x"

Friends and fans of the star took to the comments to say how great they looked.

One said: "Definitely not desperate housewives. More like two amazing professional housewives going out."

While another wrote: "Love this friendship love the looks, kitchen...love it all."

The best friends looked as stylish as ever as they wore dressing gowns as they put the finishing touches to their looks.

Eva was wearing a striped robe and Victoria rocked a blue one.

Victoria went for a slightly more glamourous look as she wore heels as she sat sipping her drink at the kitchen worktop.

Eva had slippers with Victoria's initials on while she drank wine and posed for the camera.

The post comes after Victoria Beckham 's flagship shop seemingly didn't receive a much-needed boost on Black Friday.

The Spice Girls singer's flagship store in London was snapped looking very quiet on Black Friday morning.

Despite the ongoing cost of living crisis, Black Friday sales this year remained consistent compared to last year's, but Victoria's shop on Dover Street appeared not to attract many bargain hunters.

Pictures of the star's shop looking deserted, taken at 10am on Friday morning, come as it's revealed Victoria's fashion label faces an uncertain future, due to the business amassing debts of debts of £53.9million.

Victoria first launched her own fashion label back in 2008 with a small collection of dresses, but has since expanded and now sells handbags, shoes, and coats as well as branching out into the beauty industry.

Earlier this year, the Mirror revealed how Victoria's fashion brand now faces an uncertain future.

In August, it was reported how the designer brand and her new make-up firm lost £6.6million in 2020. In 2019, it racked up £15.6m in debts.

The company founded by Posh is still in the red zone to the tune of £53.9m – with £29m owed to the Beckhams ’ other business ventures.

In the same month, it was revealed that Victoria was expanding the sizes of clothes available in some of her fashion collections.

A collection released by the former singer in August featured 12 pieces for women who wear a size six up to size 18 which was a first for the brand.
