Victoria Beckham breaks her silence with 'tough' post after being 'blocked' by son Brooklyn

Victoria Beckham has taken to social media after getting “blocked” on Instagram by her son Brooklyn.

The budding chef, 26, has been locked in a rift with his famous family for months now, missing numerous high profile family occasions this year, including Victoria and David’s birthdays.

Things took a savage turn over the weekend as Brooklyn’s brother Cruz claimed he had blocked him, Victoria and David on Instagram.

The 20-year-old wrote: "My mum and dad would never unfollow their son... Let's get the facts right. They woke up blocked... as did I.”

Sources claimed David, 50, and Victoria, 51, were “devastated” over the apparent move, which they reportedly took as a sign of his “complete estrangement” from them.

Victoria broke her silence on social media on Monday, sharing a behind-the-scenes video hours after the latest twist in the saga.

The fashion designer shared a playful clip of herself joking with her team at her eponymous fashion and beauty brand.

The video kicked off with her cheersing her drink and declaring: “Cheers to me! Enough about me what do you guys think about me?”

The former Spice Girl was then filmed eating a festive meal and joking that she wanted extra lights on her since her recent Netflix documentary proved to her that she looks best in a 'room full of light'.

She captioned the post: “It's a tough job being me, but someone's gotta do it!

“Some unseen footage from the recent @victoriabeckhambeauty Creative Director series. Happy holidays everyone! xx.”

The post came hours after it was revealed Brooklyn and his parents are no longer following each other on Instagram, with sources claiming he blocked them.

"David and Victoria will never stop loving Brooklyn," a source close to the couple told the Daily Mail.

"They will always be here for him and they always want him to know that, they are devastated at this fall out.

"So far from this being them, it appears that Brooklyn has blocked them to show them that's it, this is final. It is very clear that this is a sign of his complete estrangement from his family.

The social media breakdown comes just days before Christmas.

Brooklyn hasn’t been seen with the rest of his family since Boxing Day 2024.

It is believed that he will celebrate the holidays with his wife Nicola Peltz’s billionaire family in Los Angeles, while the Beckhams will be with their extended family in the Cotswolds.

It comes amid months of distance between the eldest Beckham child and the rest of the clan.

Brooklyn failed to invite any of his family to their vow renewal in August and skipped David’s knighthood last month.

He also failed to attend Victoria’s Netflix documentary premiere and did not acknowledge his parents or siblings’ birthdays on social media apart from sister Harper’s 14th.
