Victoria Beckham and Harper's sweet gesture as they FaceTime London nurses amid virus crisis

Victoria Beckham and her daughter Harper made a sweet gesture to London NHS workers on Friday amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The fashion guru, 45, and her mini-me daughter, eight, took time out of their day to FaceTime a group of nurses at the capital's Kings Hospital.

The pair showed their support for the hard-working NHS staff who are patiently trying to fight off the COVID-19 battle.

Doing her bit for the UK's key workers, Victoria updated her keen Instagram followers with the heartwarming move.

She posted a mother-daughter screenshot of herself and Harper during the video call to her Instagram Stories.

"Face Time with the nurses at King's hospital in London today x," Vic penned.

Former Spice Girls singer VB looked stunning as usual in the snap, as Harper smiled next to her famous mum.

It's the second time the Beckham family have thrown their support behind the NHS.

The family-of-six filmed themselves emotionally clapping as they backed the Clap for Carers campaign.

Vic filmed her hunky husband David, 44, and their three youngest kids joining in on the great cause.

The video, which was posted on Instagram, saw Vic saying: "We are all clapping to show our thanks to all the people who are working so hard for the NHS.

"All the doctors, all the nurses keeping us safe and working so, so hard."

While David joined in: "They're away from their families, we are so proud of you guys, thank you so much."

Worried mum Victoria recently revealed that their eldest son Brooklyn, 21, is stranded in the United States due to travel restrictions.

However it didn't stop the aspiring photographer from sending a video himself.

Thanking staff, he said: "Far away from home right now but there in spirit.

"Thank you to all our healthcare workers in the UK."
