NEW YORK _ The Nets were looking to rebound in more ways than one Sunday night at Barclays Center after suffering their worst loss of the season to cap back-to-back setbacks.
But they couldn't keep up with the Pacers and dropped their third straight, 109-97.
Allen Crabbe led the Nets (11-18) with 17 points, but he was shut out in the second half. Victor Oladipo paced Indiana (17-13) with 26 points.
Brooklyn led 29-28 after one quarter, its last lead of the game. The Pacers opened the second quarter with a 19-8 run to go up 47-37. The Nets cut it to six before Oladipo went on a personal 8-0 run to open the margin up to 14 at 59-45. The lead was 11 at the break.
The Nets, who lost by 33 at Toronto on Friday night and to the Knicks a day earlier, got it down to six twice in the third and then down to 80-75 early in the fourth. Indiana responded with the next eight points to create a 13-point cushion.
The margin moved to 14 before the Nets chipped it down to 96-89 on a Quincy Acy 3-pointer with 4:37 left. But then the Pacers opened the margin up to as many as 16.
