Victor Moses reunited with ex-Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte as Inter Milan confirm loan deal

Victor Moses' loan move to Inter Milan is complete.

Confirmation of the deal came on Thursday afternoon and just minutes after, as spotted by Sport Witness, the 29-year-old's deal with Fenerbahce - where he's been on loan since last January - was officially been terminated.

A statement via the club's official website reads.

"Victor Moses is officially an Inter player.  The 29-year-old Nigerian has joined the Nerazzurri on loan with an option to buy.

"Fast and determined, shy but aware of his abilities: Victor Moses, who possesses a great affinity for the ball, knows that every time he’s taken to the pitch.

"And now he’s ready to start a new adventure.

"He’s the eighth Nigerian player in Inter’s history and follows in the footsteps of big names like Nwanko Kanu, Taribo West and Obafemi Martins.

On behalf of the Nerazzurri family, we’d like to wish Victor all the very best!

Reports from earlier in the week claimed it will cost Inter in the region of €10million to turn Moses' loan deal into a permanent one come the end of the season.

Moses did say back in May that he didn't expect to be at Fenerbahce this season.

"I had a very nice experience. But I won't be here in the new season," he said, as reported by the  Evening Standard. "I'm leaving Fenerbahce. I want to have a new adventure in my career."

With a loan move to Inter all but confirmed, it means that Moses will link up with former Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte.

Moses was the first-choice right-wing back at Stamford bridge under the Italian, playing 78 times over his two seasons at the club, including 34 Premier League appearances in the title winning 2016/17 campaign.

The 29-year-old has made 128 appearances for the Blues, scoring 18 goals in the process.
