Vicky, who shot to fame starring in the raucous MTV show Geordie Shore from 2011 to 2014 followed by the dating show Ex on the Beach, recently told how her life has changed for the better now she's in her 30s in a thoughtful post.

She typed: "Do I miss my 20's?! In a word.. No.

"Don't get me wrong, there are some things associated with that time in my life that I wouldn't mind still having...collagen in my face for example? Or a fast metabolism? Or the ability to have more than one drink without it taking a week to recover.

But across the board the joys and self discoveries that have come with being in my 30's have been infinitely better than anything I experienced in my 20's."

The star, who won I'm a Celebrity ...Get Me Out Of Here! in 2015 and took part in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins last year, added: ""24 year old me would probably hate 34 year old me- she'd think I was boring, old and probably abit pale (I mean I think I'm still tanned but I was RADIOACTIVE back then )," she said with a laughing emoji.

"24 year old me wouldn't understand the things that 34 year old me craves- consistency, peace and contentment.

"But that's ok, because 24 year old me was lost, lonely and still had so much growing up to do and so many mistakes to make. And that's what your 20's are for."
