Vicky Pattison lost a stone in weeks after two deaths and cheating finance heartache

Vicky Pattison has opened up about the tough last 12 months of her life, where she lost two people close to her, ended a relationship, and struggled with her mental health.

The Geordie Shore star, 32, enlisted the help of a therapist after heartbreak made her lose a stone in a matter of weeks.

Vicky had been engaged to businessman John Noble, but he was pictured looking amorous with other women in Dubai, so Vicky was forced to end the two-year relationship.

She told The Sun she felt “disrespected” and “publicly embarrassed” when she was cheated on.

She revealed she’d had faith in the relationship and was absolutely devastated when it fell apart.

Vicky was due on This Morning the next day, and struggled to be her usual bubbly self.

She found no comfort in eating and shed a stone in a matter of weeks, falling into a deep depression.

Although Vicky was desperate to take John back after his cheating ways, she wanted to set an example to women and younger girls that they deserve better and for them to know they could “walk away and find someone better, or she could walk away and be the best version of herself because she deserves more”.

She added: “I’ve always maintained with a partner, if you fall out of love with me that’s fine — or if this relationship starts to break down, let’s cut our losses.

“I’ve got no problem accepting defeat, everybody has failed relationships, there’s no shame in it.”

Vicky also dealt with the death of her best friend, Paul Burns in late 2018, and her beloved grandma Mavis in June of the same year.

But the star has finally found happiness again after treatment from therapists Nik and Eva Speakman, and a life coach.

She said she is now back to a “size 12-14” and feels much healthier physically as well as mentally.

She is in a new relationship with property developer Ercan Ramadan, 26, and has a new cooking and chat show on TLC, called Vicky Pattison Spills The Beans.

She gushed over hunky Ercan and his family values - but insisted she is taking things slow and they aren’t considering children or marriage just yet.
