Vicky Pattison was nearly in tears at suffering a bout of 'separation anxiety' over having to leave her puppy Milo.
The former Geordie Shore and I'm A Celebrity winner and boyfriend Ercan Ramadan adopted Milo from the Dogs Trust last month, after he was rescued from illegal smugglers.
In emotional scenes seen on Vicky 's Instagram page, the couple travelled from their Essex home to meet Milo at one of the charity's centres, with her bundling him up into her arms as he came bounding into the room.

And now, after she was left upset at being 'puppy shamed' over how she was looking after Milo, Vicky has admitted that, while initially looking forward to a bit of a break, she ended up being distraught at the thought of being away from her new companion.
Posting a picture of her cuddled up in bed with him on Instagram, Vicky wrote: "Milo* has some separation anxiety issues…
(Ok… it’s me, I have some separation anxiety issues… OK?!!! ARE YOU HAPPY NOW?!!"
Telling her many Insta followers that she had been excited about getting the opportunity to go to the toilet and have a shower without Milo having to be there, as well as getting to spend some time in grown up company minus dog hair, Vicky then changed tact to reveal she realised she just wanted to be with her puppy.
She added: "...last night I actually got a little bit emotional and realised I’ve become just as co-dependent on my fluffy little boy as he has on me.

"Now I know it’s probably not healthy, and I’m going to work on it as I don’t want him stressed out whenever I have to go to work or I travel etc- but honestly walking out the house today and leaving his little fluffy butt nearly had me in tears."
After Vicky also confessed that Ercan had had to sleep on the floor so Milo could share a bed with her, she sought reassurance from other dog owners that what she was going through was normal.
Former Big Brother winner Kate Lawler was quick to tell her: "Darling there is no greater feeling than getting home from a day at work and seeing your fur baby running towards you, tail wagging for a cuddle. Even after 10 years it fills my heart. You can never love your doggy enough."
Another follower commented: "This is 100% me, my dogs are fine when they’re left. I am not and don’t stop thinking about them" and a third replied: "This is definitely a thing I love my 2 Labradors too much also. Always think what they are up to whilst are work. Your doing great!"
