Vicky Pattinson had fans stunned after slipping into a Scottish accent during a recent episode of her podcast.
The reality star was interviewing guest Kate Ferdinand for the latest episode of her 'The Secret To' podcast as she noticed her pal's change in accent. Vicky, 35, was called out by Kate, 31, after noticing her friend's voice suddenly changed but the Geordie Shore star was none the wiser.
"Oh, your accent just changed then," Kate said. The clip went viral across social media, as fans on Twitter and TikTok were taken aback by Vicky's cringe accent, and many people pointed out she sounded like another very familiar TV personality.
Reacting to the footage, one fan commented: "Where the hell did that come from?" while another wrote: "My body cringed."
Another user tweeted: "Obsessed with how Vicky Pattison unintentionally turns into Lorraine Kelly mid-sentence."
"Plot twist: what if she's actually Scottish and she's been putting on a geordie accent so she could go on geordie shore," someone else said.
"Glad Kate said it.. she vikki watching too much Lorainne Kelly," another person commented while another said: "Why does she sound like lorraine."
This comes after the reality star, who is engaged to fiancé Ercan Ramadan, has spoken out about her journey to motherhood. Vicky, 35, is currently in the process of freezing her eggs and said this week that she's undertaking the process as she's 'not mentally ready for kids'.
In an in-depth chat with Women's Health UK, Vicky said she's keeping some eggs for her herself and unfertilised to 'protect herself and her happiness' if she and Ercan ever break up.
"My journey to motherhood didn't look like the Disney ones, the fairytales. I didn't find someone to love me for a really long time," she said. "I know our relationship is in its infancy, we've been together four years and there's still so much to learn about each other before we chuck sleepless nights into the mix."
