While we all wait for the return of actual Love Island, there was a big surprise on Monday when it was announced that there is to be a celebrity version.
Taking to her Instagram account, Vicky Pattison announced her appearance on Celebrity Love Island , writing "Well it looks like the cats out the bag!!!
"As you all know I’m a HUGE @loveisland fan and it’s no secret that my love life is tempestuous to say the least but I’m hoping my luck will change and I’ll find love in the villa!!! ‘I GOT A TEXXXXTTTTTT."
But, while some of her fans were beside themselves with excitement, with many commenting "oh my god!", others smelt an April Fool a mile off.
Over the weekend, there were rumours that Vicky had split with new love interest Ercan Ramadan over fears things were moving too quickly.
And reacting to her Celeb Love Island post, one of her followers reacted "the real reason why her and ercan broke I’m guessing."
Vicky isn't the only star to be linked to an appearance on Celebrity Love Island - others include Gemma Collins, singer Lewis Capaldi, Corrie actress Katie McGlynn and Calum Best, who appeared on the show over a decade ago.
