Line of Duty star Vicky McLure has added serious fuel to the fire that she could be Llama on The Masked Dancer with a telling post on Twitter.
After it was revealed that it would be airing every night this week, apart from Thursday due to England being in footballing action, the spin-off of huge ITV hit The Masked Singer continued on Monday with its third episode.
One of the acts on the stage was Llama, who breezed through on the audience vote after a routine to Billie Eilish's Bad Guy.
But, while their performance demanded a lot of attention, it was an 'AC-12' clue in their VT that sparked the most interest, leading to the panel speculating that Llama could well be a Line of Duty cast member.
Former star Keeley Hawes was one of the names mentioned but after a 'northern drama queen' clue, it was Vicky who was at the centre of most of the guesses.
Fans lost their minds at the fact that AC-12's own Kate Fleming could be on The Masked Dancer and Vicky did little to silence their excitement, when she took to Twitter to post: "Been an aLLAM’ingly hot day!"
It didn't take long for her tweet to attract a lot of reactions, with one follower quickly responding: "This has got to be confirmation surely!" and another, echoing the same sentiments, replying: "I think you have just given it away thank you!"
Taking one of Line of Duty's most famous quotes as their inspiration, a third wrote: "Jesus, Mary, Joseph and the wee dancing llama"
However, others thought the fact that Vicky directly addressed the speculation meant that Llama probably wasn't her, with another declaring that Llama is Thandie Newton and another tweeting: "She’s doing it on purpose the AC-12 clue was the person who it is, is a fan of LOD. Hence why it’s was on a fan."
While Llama lives to dance another day on the show, Beetroot was voted out by the panel and then unmasked as Dita von Teese.
