Vicky McLure has shown off her physique after completing a bootcamp. She posed for a picture for her Instagram flexing her muscles after completing a body camp over the course of a week.
The Line of Duty star told her followers she had stepped out of her comfort zone while she completed the body camp. According to the company's Facebook page, the body camp takes place in Mallorca and includes a range of different workouts in the sunshine - participants also only eat plant-based foods throughout.
She posted on her Instagram: " Back home after one of the most surreal weeks! I honestly was not prepared for the amount of working out & plant based food (no tea!) But with the motivation of @louisbyrneiciaiw and the @thebodycampofficial crew I did it! Sometimes ya gotta step out ya comfort zone! Feel very lucky to have had this experience."
After completing the camp, the Body Camp commented on McClure's instagram post: "Great to have you here! Will remember the insane facial and lols of your shocked expression on the daily."
"Amazing," said another follower. "Good on ya! I must take a leaf out of your book!"
