Vicky Kaushal says he can eat junk food and still lose weight: 10 points on Uri actor's weight management

Vicky Kaushal has revealed that he can eat junk foods and still lose weight. Vicky revealed this on a quiz show hosted by actor Amitabh Bachchan, where he appeared with Kiara Advani, his co-star from movie 'Govinda Naam Mera'.

In the show he narrated his "beautiful problem".

"Sir, mujhe na ek bahut khoobsurat problem hai."

Vicky then narrated his problem to Amitabh Bachchan. He said, "Sir, mujhe na ek bahut khoobsurat problem hai. Mera wazan hi nahi badhta" (this loosely translates to Sir I have a beautiful problem, I don't gain weight.)

"Main burger pizzze kha ke wazan ghata sakta hun," he added.

Gaining weight is a problem for him

Vicky revealed that in fact gaining weight is a big problem for him.

When Amitabh Bachchan asked him what he does to gain weight, Vicky answered in Hindi, "Phir sir bohot boring sa khana khana padhta hai. Jaese ki sab kuch grilled khana hai."

Which body type is least prone to weight gain?

1.Ectomorphs are usually resistant to weight gain, it is because of their fast metabolism.

2. These people are not muscular and are long limbed

3. They can overeat a lot but not gain weight comparatively.

4. They have a small body frame and little body fat

5. For fitness, these people are suggested to focus on resistance training

6. Exercises like squats, deadlifts, shoulder press, bench press and rows are ideal for them to build muscles.

7. For Uri he had gained 15 kilos to play the role of a military man

8. As an ectomorph he found it difficult to gain weight; he had to workout a lot to fit into the character.

9. After training it is highly recommended to give your body rest so that muscles get time to heal and recover.

10. Since ectomorphs have a fast metabolism they should eat frequently.
