Vicious girl-led masked gang 'beat boy to a pulp' while playing in popular Dublin park

A vicious girl-led masked gang punched and kicked a Dublin boy while he was playing in an unprovoked park attack.

The young teen was "beaten to a pulp" according to a relative while he was with friends in St. Anne's Park in October and had his electric scooter stolen in the brutal attack.

It is claimed that as many as ten lads and one girl, all wearing balaclavas, attacked the 16-year-old who had to have a brain scan following the assualt.

His relative said: "My nephew was beaten to a pulp in St. Anne's Park and had his electric bike stolen.

"He was rushed to the Mater Hospital where he was treated for his injuries.

"There's gangs coming in from a certain area and targeting the park and the surrounding Raheny and Clontarf areas for bikes.

"A 14 year old had his jaw broken last week for the same reason."

"As many as ten lads and a girl were involved. Some were wearing balaclavas.

"These were big men, the poor lad is 16 and has had to have a brain scan."

Dublin Live has contacted Gardai about this incident.
