Towards the end of the video, screams are heard as several passersby get involved and pull the teenagers away from the man in the wheelchair.

The horrifying incident went on for over a minute.

A witness told Dublin Live: "There was a big fight here yesterday around 7 between two gangs of teenagers that are always around. It went on for 10-15 minutes and bouncers broke it up.

"At one stage about seven of then including girls were kicking a lad in the head while he was lying on the ground. That's when the bouncers stepped in. Mental."

Dublin Live has contacted An Garda Siochana for comment.
