Dramatic footage captured the moment a girl clambers over the counter in a busy KFC and attacks an employee.
Two girls can be heard arguing with the female member of staff after a food fight had broken out.
One of them shouts: "Are you stupid? Are you stupid? Are you f***ing stupid?" in the clip.
But the girl wearing a hoodie and blue jeans then climbs over the counter and pushes the woman at the branch in Solihull, West Midlands.
The staff member gets dragged to the ground by her hair.
A voice can be heard shouting "Who the f*** are you kidding? You s**g" while a male member of staff watches on and tries to keep the peace with the other diners.
The incident is understood to have happened on the weekend.

However the footage has been widely circulated on social media since.
Social media users condemned the customer's attack on the KFC employee.
One user wrote: "Can't lie the employees isn't getting paid enough to put up with these types of situations."
Another said: "TRASH. She didn't come to work to get violated by some girls."
KFC said it was shocked to learn of the fracas.

A spokesman for the fast food giant said: "We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to violence against our staff and were shocked to hear about what happened.
"We'll be helping the local police with their investigation and supporting the team members who were affected."
West Midlands Police has been contacted for comment.
