'Very relaxed' - Pundit has major question over key aspect of Nottingham Forest team

Former Bristol City manager Lee Johnson has questioned if Nottingham Forest are lacking leaders after their 2-0 defeat to Cardiff City.

Johnson was working as a pundit for Sky Sports on Saturday as he witnessed Forest start their season with a third straight defeat.

He called for manager Sabri Lamouchi to be given time to turn the team around after making it eight games without a win stretching back into last season.

"I hope so," he said when asked if Lamouchi will get time to get the Reds back on track.

"It's a club that has craved stability. I think with that front two (Lyle Taylor and Lewis Grabban) over time you'd expect them to be dangerous with their strength and quality.

"The important thing is the next win. Whether that is some quality from an individual or from a centre half stepping up.

"They have to start games better. That starts from the in the dressing room, the leadership.

"In the tunnel before the game it was very relaxed. Gone are the days of Roy Keane and Patrick Vieira in the tunnel.

"It's a gladiator's arena out there and you have to go and start aggressive and strong. That sets the tone for the rest of the game."
