President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke for over an hour on the phone on Friday, according to White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders.

Trump later confirmed the call in a pair of tweets, saying that "getting along with Russia, China, and everyone is a good thing, not a bad thing."
