Although Ireland recorded an increase in our latest daily Covid-19 cases, most counties are showing positive signs.
Despite the National Public Health Emergency Team announcing 269 new infections on Wednesday, the incidence rate across the board has dropped again - now standing at 105.5.
Dublin appears to be stabilising after seeing just 88 new cases, while four counties managed to have none at all in the past 24 hours.
In fact, 18 counties had less than 10 cases, a major improvement from just a few weeks ago.
But Donegal and Louth continue to show some worrying signs, remaining as the only two counties with an incidence rate above 200 per 100,000 population.
The death toll here now stands at 2,033, while the total number of cases has jumped to 71,187.
Of those diagnosed in the past 24 hours, 146 are women and 123 are men, while 64% were under the age of 35.
The average age of those infected during the same period was 35.
As of 2pm, 260 patients are in hospital with the virus, 36 of which are in intensive care.
There have been 23 additional hospitalisations in the past 24 hours.
