Aussie influencer Veruca Salt has left fans stunned after revealing she got married in Las Vegas to a man she met just 14 days ago.
The social media star, who has millions of followers across her platforms, spilled the tea on her surprise wedding day in a video shared over the weekend, aptly captioned “GRWM to marry a man I met 2 weeks ago”.
In the clip, Veruca explained that she met her new husband — a musician who goes by the handle @digiipremium — in late September, adding that she is “fully aware how insane” her speedy turnaround from dating to marriage was.
“There’s just a feeling in me that this is the path I’m supposed to take,” Veruca said, admitting that while she’s “scared” to take the big step, she believes that “when you know, you know”.
Elsewhere on her socials, Veruca shared a few snaps from her wedding day at Vegas’ Little White Wedding Chapel, which is known for hosting quickie celeb weddings in the past between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas and Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, among others.

In the pics, Veruca wore a strapless white dress with sparkly rhinestones and a red floral arrangement while her new man donned a classic tux.
We don’t know too many details about Veruca’s husband just yet — including his actual name behind the handle — but she seemingly debuted him via a Crumbl Cookie review video on TikTok.
That TikTok arrived just days after an earlier video in which Veruca, who was holidaying in the US, said she was on a “quest for a vacation BF”. Looks like it worked!
The man’s Instagram is private, but his bio includes a link to a SoundCloud page that appears to contain some of his own songs.

The reaction to Veruca’s wedding announcement was mixed, with some claiming the swiftness of the marriage is a “major red flag” and others saying the move is “iconic”.
Responding to the general sentiment that the pair must’ve been “love-bombing” if they agreed to tie the knot so soon, Veruca shared another wedding day clip with the caption, “two love bombers that met two weeks ago”.
The last time Veruca made headlines was in April, when she got swept up in the massive TikTok drama that engulfed fellow influencer Anna Paul.
Before that, Veruca was open with her followers about the tragic loss of her newborn son, Cash, to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome in 2024.
