Vernon Kay has broken his silence after missing his hosting slot on This Morning this week.
I'm a Celebrity star Vernon had been due to present the popular ITV morning show but was forced to pull out after becoming ill.
On Tuesday Vernon explained he was suffering from coronavirus on social media.

He said: "Missing out on my This Morning debut today cause of COVID.
"I was up for a bit of fashion and cooking with Rochelle.. Hopefully we’ll go again soon… P.s Feeling ok….(so far!) Really appreciate your well wishes..xxx"
And his followers rushed to support him and wish him a swift recovery.
One said: "You and @RochelleHumes together would have been a great show. Get well soon Vernon!"
Paul Bird said: "All the best mate get well soon."
Wheeliechick said: "Oh no Vernon. I am so sorry to hear that you have COVID. I hope your symptoms do not worsen and that you make a full recovery very soon."
Owen Finn said: "That’s good to hear that you’re feeling well. Hope it continues that way and you are over it soon. Shame about This Morning but I’m sure another opportunity will come your way soon. Be a bit unfair if it didn’t."
