He's about to take on the challenge of a lifetime on I'm A Celebrity and Vernon Kay is making sure he's in great shape ahead of the show.
The father of two has been staying at an isolation hideaway in Anglesey, Wales, before the new batch of celeb contestants make their debut on our screens on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! on Sunday night.
And he may just give fellow contestant Mo Farah a run for his money, because to while away the time the father-of-two has taken up running.
A video shared on Instagram shows Vernon running through the Anglesey countryside as he chats into the camera.
"Whilst we've been in quarantine waiting to go into the castle I've been isolating alone because obviously the kids are at school and Tess has been doing Strictly Come Dancing, so I've found myself doing running," he said.
"I've got into running again."
Vernon, 46, who has two daughters Phoebe, 16, and Amber, 11, with his wife Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly, 51, explained that he actually 'hates' running, but it's something he's done pretty much all his life.
And he says it's easy to enjoy in Wales because the countryside is 'stunning.'
"It really is and everyone is so nice," he said, before adding "not that I'm stopping and speaking to people because I can't, but I just kind of put my head down and wave 'hello' and off we go again."
Speaking about the benefits of running he said: "I think it's good for the heart and the mind a little bit of a jog every now and again."
The ITV reality show is being filmed at Gwrych Castle in Conwy.
The former Family Fortunes host revealed that before going into the camp at Gwrych Castle in Abergele, the contestants have been isolating separately in properties across north Wales.
Vernon's farmhouse hideaway has a gym as well as an Xbox console to keep him entertained.
