Waltham, Massachusetts-based Veralto Corporation (VLTO) provides water analytics, water treatment, marking and coding, and packaging and color solutions and services. Valued at a market cap of $25.7 billion, the company serves various industries, including municipal utilities, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrials. It is scheduled to announce its fiscal Q2 earnings for 2025 on Thursday, Jul. 24.
Prior to this event, analysts project this water treatment company to report a profit of $0.89 per share, up 4.7% from $0.85 per share in the year-ago quarter. The company has a solid trajectory of consistently beating Wall Street’s bottom-line estimates in each of the last four quarters. Its core sales improved by 7.8%, thanks to broad-based growth across its Product Quality and Innovation (PQI) and Water Quality segments.
Wall Street analysts are moderately optimistic about Veralto’s stock, with a "Moderate Buy" rating overall. Among 15 analysts covering the stock, eight recommend "Strong Buy," and seven advise “Hold.” The mean price target for VLTO is $110.51, which indicates a 6.5% potential upside from the current levels.
