The Leinster Council has confirmed the venues for the upcoming Championships, with Croke Park to host all hurling games.
Dublin footballers’ opening game in their six-in-a-row bid against Westmeath will take place at MW Hire O’Moore Park in Portlaoise and, indeed, all the preliminary round and quarter-final games in football will be held at provincial venues with the semi-finals and final to be staged at Croke Park ,as has been the case in recent years.
The action in the province gets underway with the Laois-Dublin hurling quarter-final on Saturday week and will conclude with the football final on November 21, when a special event to mark the centenary of Bloody Sunday will also be held.
