Venezuelan opposition leader Guaido says he would consider amnesty for Maduro

Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido, officially recognized as the country's interim president by the U.S. and others, told Univision Thursday that he would consider granting Nicolás Maduro amnesty if the dictator helps return Venezuela to democracy, the AP reports.
