A café bar inspired by traditional Venetian cafés is opening in the centre of Cardiff.
Bacareto will take after the bàcaris in Venice, small cafés and bars which serve up small plates of food alongside coffees, or a glass of wine or spritzes.
It will be found on the busy Church Street in the centre of town, which is almost full, since its redevelopment with new restaurants and bars such as Honest Burger, The Botanist, Head of Steam that sit side-by-side with classic Cardiff venues like The Old Arcade pub and Cafe Citta.

As well as being a cafe, a bar, with strong emphasis on great produce and sustainability, Bacareto will also have live events, DJs and will supporting creative projects and artists.
They are opening on Thursday, August 26, with a soft launch for the first week, operating 5-10pm Thursday to Sunday.
