A woman was injured when someone shot at a vehicle Monday on a Kennedy Expressway feeder ramp in the Fulton River District.
The 22-year-old woman was driving at 2:39 a.m. when someone fired shots at her vehicle on the Ontario Feeder Ramp to southbound I-90, according to a statement from Illinois State Police. She suffered minor injuries caused by debris from the shooting and was taken to a hospital.
The front-seat passenger, a 32-year-old woman, was not injured, state police said.
The shooting remains under investigation, according to state police.
