Health-conscious Britons will take on the challenge of going Vegan this month January and it's now easy to enjoy a favourite snack without breaking that vow.
Last year a record number of 400,000 people in the UK signed up to take part in Veganuary, with 72 per cent of participants choosing to continue with a plant-based diet beyond January.
With greater availability of vegan foods and alternatives, Veganism is on the rise with the number of vegans and vegetarians expected to make up a quarter of the British population by 2025.
