As a vegan personal trainer, it's probably safe to assume the mum-of-two Tracy Kiss already knows a thing or two about looking after herself and being healthy.
But her most recent health kick has seen her create a rather unusual concoction.
And she needs the help of a male friend.
Blending together fruit, coconut milk, almond milk, Tracy also adds a dash of semen to this health cocktail - and she's not adverse to using some on her face, too.

According to her video tutorial on her YouTube channel , beauty blogger Tracy has been extolling the virtues of the semen facial for a while.
It was in fact the advice of her beautician on how to combat her rosacea which got her applying semen to her face. Now she's found it works as a beverage ingredient.
"I'd been feeling run down and had no energy, but now I'm full of beans and my mood has improved" she told The Sun .

A single friend of Tracy's brings over a container of his, er, effluvium about three times a week.
Said friend comes screened for STIs and doesn't drink, smoke or take drugs.
The taste does depend on what her helpful friend has been eating, and Tracy also adds that each batch has its own, unique taste and will sometimes have it neat.
She'd also encourage others to get over any squeamishness over sperm, adding"
"Sperm is an awesome product and we should stop being so ridiculous about it – the health benefits have been well researched and more women and men should take advantage of it particularly as its made by our own bodies and doesn’t contain e-numbers and chemicals.”
It's certainly an unorthodox alternative to Lemsip.
