A vegan west end cafe has made a BBQ mac and cheese burrito a permanent part of its menu - due to overwhelming demand.
Serenity Now Cafe created the enormous burrito last month for one weekend only, and it proved a massive hit with visitors.
Crammed full of pinto beans, seitan carnitas, cheese, pepperoncini, mac and cheese and bbq sauce, the burrito is far from many people's ideas that vegans live on salad leaves.
Thanks to its popularity, the Kelvinbridge eatery has given it a permanent place on the menu, so if you're feeling hungry, you can tuck into this epic lunch whenever you want.
