Vasilis Barkas debut - The Celtic team fans want to see vs Kilmarnock

Celtic fans are hoping Vasilis Barkas will make his debut against Kilmarnock this afternoon.

The keeper, who made the switch from AEK Athens, was on the bench last weekend for the 5-1 win against Hamilton.

Scott Bain started for the Premiership champions on flag day, but it is expected the Greek international will be Celtic's no.1 this season.

And supporters would like to get a glimpse of their new signing at Rugby Park.

But it seems Hoops fans would be more than happy to see the same team that faced Accies as Odsonne Edouard scored a hat-trick.

The Parkhead faithful would like to see a back four of Jeremie Frimpong, Christopher Jullien, Kris Ajer and Greg Taylor and a midfield five of Scott Brown, Callum McGregor, Ryan Christie, with James Forrest and Moi Elyounoussi on either flank.

Edouard will lead the line as he looks to build on his impressive outing against Hamilton.

Taylor is carrying a knock, but Neil Lennon hopes he will be fit to face his former club.

Leigh Griffiths is the only other injury concern for Celtic as the striker picked up a calf injury.
